The classic tenant-damage hole. Most units have at least one. We patch, sand, and finish it so the hole is invisible when you're done.

Anchor Damage

Hanging damage from shelves, TVs, and mirrors. We fill the holes and retextured to match — no visible evidence when we're done.

Large Hole Repair

Sheetrock replacement for bigger damage — kick-in holes, water damage, or anything too large for a standard patch. We rebuild it right.
